Special Feature:

1. Machine base and the main structure parts are made up of meehanite (inoculated) cast iron FC-30.

After normalizing heat treatment, the cast iron base and parts will stay for natural aging treatment. The

cast iron base and main parts are machined in the world top class machines, such as YASDA, MITSUI

SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB, etc in one-time clamping. After machining, all the sliding surfaces, contacting

surfaces, and guideway mounting surfaces are subject to manual shoveling. That make sure the grinders

a long life of high precision in micron level.

2.The CNC program is co-developed with Hotman, which is a highly automatic grinding system, where

the icons and buttons can be moved and be arranged again freely. Its touch screen is interactive. Complex

step grinding interface can be created under easy manual instructions only, unnecessary with an traditional

CNC program making.

3. The operator can create a grinding interface quickly, by selecting the define diagrams and inputting the

parameters based on the shape of part.

4. The precise linear guides and ball screws are lubricated continuously by the centralized lubrication units

automatically, which makes sure the precision for a longer service life. The cooling system and lubricating

system are separated from the machine base, which eliminates the vibration to the base and is better for

heat radiation.

5.There is an internal liquid cooling system inside the high precision electrical spindle to keep a constant

temperature. Additionally a speed adjustment device can be equipped, and the maximum wheel linear speed

can be up to 90 m/s, which meets the grinding requirement of different diameters with high efficiency.

6.The machine is equipped with Swiss-made Schaublin chuck system, which is high precision and long duration.

7.The robot loading and unloading the part is driven by 3 ANCA servo motors, sliding on precision linear guides,

controlled by ANCA CNC system. Which provides high efficiency,high precision, and convenient operations through

all the process.

8.Use Marposs (Italy) contact-type or Keyence (Japan) laser-type measuring device, positioning in the front of part

for precise step grinding, to ensure the grinding length tolerance, as well as compensate and eliminate the error

owing to loading and clamping part.
